Return & Refund Policy

At KSAOutlets, we carefully inspect and package all orders. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following condition:


✅ Eligible for Return


  • The item must be damaged during shipping
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear proof (photos or video) must be provided



❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or preference
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any reason other than shipping damage




Refunds


If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.


We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.

نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاسترداد فقط في حالة:


✅ إذا كان المنتج تالفًا بسبب الشحن

✅ يجب الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام

✅ يجب تقديم صور أو فيديو يوضح الضرر


❌ لا نقبل الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:


  • تغيير الرأي
  • المقاس غير مناسب
  • الاستخدام العادي
  • أي سبب غير تلف الشحن



في حال الموافقة، يتم إرجاع كامل المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع.
